What size should I order?


we best recommend rounding off to the bigger month group for size.
For example: A 6-month-old baby would be best suited for outfits in the 6-12 months category. Similarly, if your child is 4 Yrs 6 months of age then a 5Yr size would be best suited for him.
Item I want that is sold out. Can we do something?
Sold out items may or may not be replenished. Either way, the orders cannot be processed immediately due to unavailability of ready stock. Add product into your wish list BFF will update you as soon as once product is available on BFF site.

Shipping and Delivery


Do you ship outside India?
BFF do not ship outside of India as of now, but we are in process to setup the same.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders above INR 1000 across India
Cash on delivery or COD, is available across India for an additional fee of: INR 50 for order value below 2000INR and above 2000INR value , INR 100 will be charged. Kindly Note: If you place but refuse to accept a COD order back to back in a row after a given time, you will no longer be eligible for our COD services.

Are there any duties and taxes?

For all customer with India , all prices on website are inclusive of Indian taxes.

Delivery Timelines


All standard orders are dispatched from our Indore facility within 24-72 Hrs.
Post dispatch, transit and delivery time varies depending on your location. Mostly prepaid orders take 4 to 5 days
BFF shall not be responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, state affairs or clearance issues.
We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

Returns & Replacements


At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package. please reach out to us for returning or exchanging your purchase.
Return requests can be made within 2 days from once product has been delivered.
If you are not happy with your purchase or there is a size issue or you have received a product with defects, BFF will happy to exchange The products should be unused, unworn with the original tags intact.
We have the facility of reverse pickup.
There are no additional costs for replacement/ exchange requests against return.
For complete return and refund request, cash on delivery charges if applicable are not refunded.
Additionally, an amount of 100 inr is charged for reverse pickup.
Certain sale items are not eligible for refund/return/exchange

Replacement against Return


Contact us to schedule a reverse pick-up within 2 days of delivery of the product and we will initiate your request within 2-3 business days. Mail us at support@bffkidswear.in or call us at +91 9343698997 with the Order ID and replacement request details.
Once the unused product is received at our end, , our quality team will inspect the received product. Once approved, we will dispatch the required size/ replacement product depending upon its availability.
This entire process of receiving and shipping out another product takes about 5-7 business days. Post that standard delivery timeline will be applicable.
In case of an error from our end (wrong or defected pc, product loss in transit), we will ship to you the exchanged product as soon as we receive the complaint from you.
Here, the standard delivery timeline of 5-7 business days will be applicable.

Refund against Return


Contact us to schedule a reverse pick-up within 2 days of delivery of the product and we will initiate your request within 2-3 business days. Mail us at support@bffkidswear.in or call us at +91 9343698997 with the Order ID, reason for return, Bank details in case of COD order.
Once the unused products are received and quality checked by our team, we shall initiate the process of refund.
For prepaid orders, refund shall be processed in the same account via which the payment was made. Please note 100 INR shall be deducted as a reverse pickup fee.
For COD orders, please provide the bank details in the return email. Refund shall be processed via neft within 3-4 business days after the return product is received at our end. Please note, reverse pickup charges (100 INR) and cod charges (50 INR) are non-refundable.

Reverse pickup


Reverse pickup is available only for a selected set of pin codes. If your pin code doesn't have reverse pickup facility, you will have to ship the item back.
